About 80 students from Grades 6 to 10 actively participated. To ensure content was age-appropriate and effective, participants were divided into two groups:
Grades 6β8 (Pre-Adolescents)
Grades 9β10 (Adolescents)
Proper handwashing and hygiene
Balanced diet vs. junk food
Active lifestyle and physical exercise
Preventing seasonal illnesses
Clean environment and classroom hygiene
Puberty and physical/emotional changes
Menstrual hygiene (for girls)
Stress, self-esteem, and mental well-being
Dangers of substance abuse (tobacco, alcohol, drugs)
Responsible digital behavior and online safety
Students appreciated the interactive, friendly, and practical approach used by facilitators. Group activities and relatable examples made it easier for them to engage and learn effectively.
